Purchasing a Medication Kit

The first step is to arrange a Telehealth consultation with one of our Specialist doctors.

You need to complete the form below or email us at medkit@pacificremotemedical.com to express an interest.

We will send you a health questionnaire to complete outlining your requirements and providing us with your basic details and medical history. Complete the form and send it back to us, along with a photocopy of your passport or an Australian or New Zealand drivers licence.

We will then contact you with an appointment to consult with us.

The second step is the Telehealth consultation. During this consultation the Specialist will discuss with your completed health questionnaire and your reasons for wanting to purchase a medication kit.

You will have the opportunity to discuss any customisation of the basic medication kit you require and talk about the level of telemedicine support you require for the kit.

The third step is that the Specialist will then issue the prescription for the medications to one of our supporting pharmacies who will dispense the medications.

They will be sent by courier to you in one of our medication kit bags.
